Shipping & Customs

Every piece is made to order in small batches, so please build a little time into your plans.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 8–12 days total from the moment you check out — this covers the full journey, from sculpting and painting your piece to it reaching your door. There's no separate wait after that; 8–12 days is the whole thing, start to finish.

Delivery zones

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally to most countries. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Customs & duties

For most orders to the US, UK, and EU, you won't see a separate customs bill. If your country does charge import duties or fees, that charge is set by your local customs office and is the buyer's responsibility — we have no way to predict or cover it.

Packaging

Every piece ships in a box fitted around its shape, not loose in packing peanuts, so it arrives the way it left our studio.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us — we'll help track it down.
